How to measure
Note: The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment.
1. Full Bust
Around the bust at fullest point. Measure without your bra on, (There is a build in bra inside our dresses)
10. Arms Eye
This is used for the size of the sleeve hole.(If your dress is with sleeves)
2. Upper Bust
Measure above your breasts in the same manner as you
measured over them.
11. Shouler to Shoulder
From the edge of that shoulder over to the same point on the socket,measure all the way other shoulder along the back.
(If your dress is with sleeves)
3.Under Bust
Measure under your breasts in the same manner as you measured over them.
12. Neck
Measure loosely around the neck.You will not need this measurement unless your dress is with a high neckline or a collar.
4. Nipple to Nipple
Bust point to bust point ,or nipple to nipple.
13. Arm Length
Measure from your shoulder point to the wrist.
5. Waist
Around waist at the smallest point.
14. Bicep
Measure around the upper
arm at the fullest point.
(If your dress is with sleeves)
6. Hips
Around hips at fullest point, taking note of how far downfrom the waist that you are measuring.
15. Upper arm length
Measure from the outer
shoulder down to the elbow.
7.Length of Shoulder to Bust
From the top of your shoulder down to bust point(nipple)
16. Length of armpit to elbow
Measure the outside of your
arm from the armpit to the
elbow
8.front length shoulder to waist
Using the line you made from shoulder to shoulder,measure from that point,straight over the bust to the line you made around your waist .
17. Hollow to Hem
This measurement is taken
from the depression at the
base of the neck just above the collarbone to where you want the hem.
(Be sure you're wearing the
same height heel you'll
wear on your wedding day.)

Stand straight,measure from

Wedding Gowns We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered wedding gowns. We do not accept returns on special ordered plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as custom made gowns, special measurement gowns, rush delivery gowns, or discontinued gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the courier. We must receive an email confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us. All returned gowns will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the gown refund. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. Damaged Merchandise We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves LisaMosley. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has dropped off the package.If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged then we will repair,replace or reproduce for you. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. LisaMosley will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise.
